The Rate-cut Debate

I am seeing a real divergence of opinion amongst some great analysts out there about whether the Fed will be cutting rates in September and if they will, how much they will cut. The stock market in the U.S. has been performing well ever since the change to the discount rate last week. That has supported the price action on the USD/JPY.
