Paul, I’ve been reading your articles online and your book. I’m trying to implement one of your suggested portfolios using Vanguard funds. Both the Small Cap Index Fund and Small Cap Value Index are showing loses for last year and already down for this year. I’m certainly reluctant to purchase these when they’ve been losing money.
