Like A Needle In A Haystack?

Get this.... A guy in England wanted to build a "castle" to live in. He was unable to get the necessary building permits. He found a loophole in British planning law that if a building has been up for 4 years with no objection the building becomes legal.So he put up a 40-foot pile of straw, covered with tarps and went ahead and built his castle behind the straw.
