Weekly Downtrend Lines In Play

Fueled by an impressive 3.9% gain in the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index ($SOX), the Nasdaq Composite rallied 2.8%. The S&P 500 gained 1.7% and the Dow Jones Industrial Average advanced 1.5%.
